pH Transmitter is a digital electronic equipment which is widely used in water treatment plants, chemical, food and various other industries. It indicates the value in the form of electrical output which is proportional to potential of hydrogen ion concentration inside the solution. It helps to determine the nature of the fluid whether it is acidic, basic or neutral. The aqueous solutions having value below seven are categorized as acid and above seven are bases. pH Transmitter is provided with an electrode which consist of a sensor housed inside a casing made up of polyether ether ketone having a good mechanical strength and chemical resistance. The device is equipped with a micro controller base instrument enclosed in a weatherproof enclosure.
